  • 200ml fresh cream, whipped
  • 2 tbsp pistachios, chopped
  • 2 blocks Turkish Delight confectionery, sliced
  • Pink fairy floss

METHOD

1.

Toss the quartered strawberries in the rosewater in a small bowl and allow to marinate for 5 minutes

Place 2-3 slices of Turkish Delight on top and follow with 4 quarters of strawberry
